After more than 20 years of work experience in a wide array of jobs and projects, Mario, an economist by profession, initiated the opening of the Croatian branch for a large international training and development company. He organized the adaptation of the training program to the domestic market, as well as education of a team of trainers. He has years of experience in delivering trainings in various business areas and has worked with thousands of satisfied participants.

He is skilled in delivering a number of trainings in sales, leadership skills, creativity and innovation, as well as many other personal development skills. In terms of his personal specialities, Mario excels in negotiation skills and sales training. He successfully assists HR managers with mastering the skill of measuring the success of education in their organisations through visible and measurable results, as well as the education ROI (Return on Investment). He also has great experience in the process of implementing positive cultural changes in organisations with the aim of accomplishing key organizational results.

So far, he has successfully implemented the approach to culture change in cooperation with administrations and leading managements of many companies.

At the end of 2015, after seven successful years in the role of a director and a trainer with the Croatian branch of an international training and development organization, he launched a digital learning agency entitled eWyse. He then directed his operations towards the international market of developing e-learning content adapted to the clients’ needs.

The combination of Mario’s previous experiences, knowledge and enthusiasm for work, along with a strong training dedication and focus on participants, guarantees you realisation of values that can be successfully capitalized in any work that you do.

Mario’s trainings are held in all business sectors, especially banking, and the FMCG of the manufacturing and retail industry.
